The Evelyn
The Evelyn is a social model hospice home AKA "Omega Home" in the development stages. At Eleventh Hour, we have a deep seated belief that no-one should die alone or unhoused. Contact us to learn more about how you can help to make this vision a reality!
Five Wishes Advance Care Plan
Anyone at any age can experience an emergency or acute illness that could render them unable to express their wishes for medical and practical care. We provide a monthly presentation and workshop to assist you in completing your advance care plan document via the Five Wishes model.
Hot Topic Speaker Series
The Hot Topic Speaker Series is part of our community outreach program. We have a hot topic speaker once per month to engage the community on taboo subjects.
